Caroline graduated with a B.S. in neuroscience from the University of Notre Dame, where she studied the effectiveness of gene therapy as a treatment for a rare neurological disease called nonketotic hyperglycinemia. She is excited to continue exploring the genetic mechanisms underlying disease pathology. Outside of lab, she enjoys working out, reading, and baking.
