Edwin earned a Bachelor of Arts from Swarthmore College with a major in biology. He joined the lab in 2004 and worked on projects related to atrial fibrillation and sudden cardiac death. In 2007 Edwin left the lab to pursue law school. He earned a J.D., cum laude, from the Villanova University School of law in 2007.
